4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Nairobi Deliveries: Typically fulfilled within 24–48 hours.
  • Outside Nairobi: Fulfilled via our courier partners within 3–5 business days.
  • Urbanlux is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, footwear that has been worn and certain electronic accessories cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
  • Refunds: Once inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

6. Warranty
